“I want you to give yourself permission to allow the feelings that come up—whatever those feelings might be—to move through you. Sometimes, we have this idea of “being strong” as someone who's not emotional, someone who doesn't cry, or as someone who doesn't get impacted by certain things.

However, we are all humans and we're all having this beautiful human experience and the feelings that are going to come up are natural and normal and there’s a strength in just understanding that. And I want to encourage you to embrace your feelings and then let them move through you. And the key is to let them move through you—not allow yourself to sit in the negative emotions for too long.

It’s easy to stay positive when life is going well. When your finances are going well, when you feel secure, it’s easy to express gratitude, do affirmations, remain positive. But, it's when life is challenging, that’s when what I’m talking about really matters.

“For example, if I find myself crying, I'm not judging myself for crying, I'm letting it move through me. And after a couple minutes, I'm able to move forward and I feel lighter in my spirit. So, I really want to encourage everyone, especially with the changes and uncertainty in front of us right now, to be embracing your emotions and then letting them move through you.
